My name is Katie Berry, and I am a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, proudly serving Ventura County since 2011. My roots in Camarillo run deep. My family moved here over 40 years ago after my father’s service with the U.S. Navy at Point Mugu. I attended both elementary and high school in Camarillo and put myself through college, first at Ventura County Community Colleges and then at California State University, Northridge, where I earned my degree in Business Law. Today, I’m proud to use this local knowledge and experience to serve the community I’ve long called home.

Using the latest technology, including virtual consultations via platforms like Zoom and electronic signature tools, I make the process seamless and accessible, even for clients outside the area or those with busy schedules. My goal is to simplify each step, making it as stress-free and efficient as possible, so you feel informed and empowered throughout your journey.

I am deeply invested in this community’s success and give back by volunteering with the local girls' softball league, where I have served as a board member, team parent, and coach. I also volunteer at my children’s schools, supporting their events and needs whenever possible. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my family of six, taking advantage of Ventura County’s beautiful weather through camping, biking, hiking, and beach trips.

Katie was given an uphill task with my house rental and she showed amazing skills. There were upgrades needed, I live in another state and the house wasn't really looking up to par…yet she was still able to get the best people to see how it would end up when the upgrades were finished and we had multiple offers. The people that rented the house are a wonderful family. She found just the right match! She knew exactly what the market price for the area was. How to market the house. She did several open houses, listed it on several sites…Katie works hard. The house was rented in just about 30 days. When it was over she gave me the most organized folder I have ever received with the rental papers, pictures and other documents. She is very organized. Great job Katie! I'm so grateful that my husband and I were able to work with Katie on the purchase of our first home! Although exciting, buying your first home can be very stressful and confusing. Katie was there for us right from the get go and was always careful to meet our criteria. She set us up with a few lenders to find the financing we needed, showed us house after house, and carefully walked us through all the tedious paperwork. Katie is very knowledgeable in her field and was excellent at explaining the process to us as we went along. We felt very confident in our decisions with Katie's help.
